Warm up Times + Parent Volunteers for State

They kept us waiting but warm up times and parent volunteer slots were finally released.  Please see the side of the blog.  Note:  they are splitting up the 8&unders to their very own warm up time.  If you are a Saturday swimmer, please make sure you pick the correct warm up time.
